The appointee should:
- Have NQF (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or Senior Certificate for ADULTS)
- Have NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) Information Technology or relevant qualification
- Have at least 2 years’ experience within the Information Technology environment
- Have computer skills (MS Office, Office 365 Suite, SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Prem)
- Have excellent written and verbal communication
- Have an understanding new technology, particular the Microsoft stack
- Be able to analyse business requirements and map processes
- Be able to grant appropriate user and device access as per the correct authorization policy and procedures
- Have experience in system administration and support
- Experienced and proficient in help-desk support systems and processes
- Be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Willing to develop within the role and attend necessary courses and coaching sessions as needed
- Be able to work with employees/users at all times
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre.
Advantageous requirements:
- SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online developer or administration experience
- Have experience with the Cherwell Help-desk Platform
- Microsoft Azure and/or Office 365 tenant administration experience
Key responsibilities:
- Using vendors technical support in problem solving effectively
- Assisting in the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the Sibanye- Stillwater ICT Enterprise Content Management framework
- Provide first-line support for Enterprise Content Management and associated systems on a group level
- Assisting with Enterprise Content Management administration
- Driving Enterprise Content Management adoption through effective change management processes
- Assist in the formulation of a cross-platform content strategy
- Partaking in team brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas that will contribute to the Enterprise Content Management objectives
- Providing technical support to team members
- Managing content across all platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the organisation and externally at all levels and cross- functionally
- Ensure open communication channels with all relevant stakeholders
- Actively support and meaningfully participate in the execution of the segment specific organisational development plan this support will manifest in the targeted shift in culture as described by a valid culture assessment such as the BeQ
- Provide coaching and on-the job training to reporting staff
- Manage performance and development of reporting staff
- Ensure fair work allocation for team members
- Inspire team members towards high performance
