Job Purpose
To maintain a library of all legislation relevant to the department.
Key Responsibility Areas
Maintains register of all Provincial and Government gazettes received Identifies sections of legislation relevant to the department in both official gazettes Extract and arrange distribution of relevant legislation Amend library copies of all relevant legislation as and when amendments are promulgated Update all copies of relevant legislation held by individuals Process works orders for pest control measures and clearing of refuse or overgrowth Attend to administration of department licence reports and timeous submission to the licensing department Provide clerical relief to Senior Administrative posts

Essential Requirements
An appropriate level of secondary education. 6 Months relevant clerical experience.
