The Opportunity: As a Sales Development Representative, your role will be to contact potential customers to see if they’re a fit for the OfferZen platform.
The SDR role is critical as you’ll be the first point of contact with prospective new customers and will play a key role in building the OfferZen brand by creating great first impressions for new sign-ups before handing them over to our Account Management team.
We’re at the early stages of assembling a world-class B2B sales development squad. There are more cities, countries and industries to expand into – so the growth potential is high.

What you’ll be doing:
- Phoning new potential sign-ups to OfferZen, and ensuring their needs align with our platform.
- Giving new potential customers a fantastic first impression and helping them understand the value of using OfferZen.
- Smoothly handing over new customers to our Account Management team.
- Writing accurate and persuasive email copy for campaigns to contact new customers.
- Helping to develop and continuously improve our processes for reaching new companies.
What you need:
- Matric (minimum) • 2-3 years experience in B2B sales
- Excellent communication skills, especially with emails and over the phone.
- A university degree or diploma in a relevant field (or a good reason why you dropped out) – Advantageous
