Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science as subjects
- Proven current registration and in process of qualifying as Accredited Miller
- Previous work experience as Miller will be advantageous
- Proven Computer Literacy
- Valid RSA driver’s license with own reliable transport

Duties and responsibilities, but not limited to:
- As Miller Apprentice assisting the Miller in carrying out with day-to-day duties achieving efficiency in the mill and ensuring optimal functionality of the milling machinery
- Apprenticeship will consist of process control, storage control, quality control, maintenance of the mill, people management and maintaining safety standards in relation to ISO22000
Salary: Market Related
