Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree or Advanced Diploma in Computer science or Information Technology
- One (1) year relevant experience or Internship level experience
- Experience in Windows operating systems, Microsoft Active Directory, troubleshooting Microsoft products, Adobe Products, VMWare and Various industry anti-virus.
- Professional certification such as: A+ certification, Linux+
certification, Microsoft certified IT professional
certification, Cisco certified network associate
certification, ITIL, COBIT certification etc will be an added advantage

- Diagnose computer problems, monitor computer processing systems, install software and perform tests on computer equipment and programs
- Prepare computer lab for student practical work or practical assessment.
- Ensure classroom projectors and smart boards are working at all times
- Assist staff in the department with procurement of IT equipment required for students work and staff research
