Job Duties/Responsibilities will include:
- Manage product deliveries, ensuring order and invoice accuracy
- Ensures the efficient and accurate processing of the capturing of costings
- Liaise with forwarders regarding deliveries and relevant documentation
- Plan and monitor of deliveries with the receiving department

- Ensure incoming shipments are checked
- Reject damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with suppliers to rectify damages and shortages
- Co-ordinate deliveries of international orders
- Follow up on delays, late deliveries, back orders, etc.
- Performs other duties as assigned to meet business needs
Candidate Requirements/ Experience:
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- PC literacy: SAP, Excel, and Word essential (Qwix experience beneficial)
- At least one to two years’ experience in shipping and logistics
- Excellent communications skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent listening skills
