Job Description

The successful candidates will gain workplace experience in our IT department including exposure to the following:
- Assist with coding C#, testing, and debugging software with SQL knowledge
- Knowledge of mobile apps and basic test automation frameworks (huge advantage)
- Analyze, diagnose and resolve IT errors
- Involvement in ad-hoc tasks/project
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members within and across business units
- Post-implementation production support (aftercare)
- Record and track IT security incidents, including but not limited to copyright violations, compromised accounts, e-mail threats, and abuse reports from various sources
- Continuous on-the-job coaching, training, and mentoring

Qualification Requirements:
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and/or Accounting
- A 3-year Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, BSc Information Systems, or relevant IT qualification
- Security certification (advantageous)
