Job Description
- Controlled administration of Trade Allowances
- Trade Allowance validation reports communication & value add to Business / Finance
- Interpret trading terms
- Controlled administration of Customer Pricing Hierarchies – ensuring correct linking
- Internal, External and SARS audits
- Providing Training to Team on Rebates processes & procedures
- Continuous improvement to enhance the quality of outputs
- Service Level Agreements and Standard Operating Procedures (Pricing – EDI)
- Compile weekly & monthly reporting.
- Compile monthly Rebate Validation Report
- Administer Rebates on SAP including correct application of condition type and GL provision accounts
- Compile sales reports on BI calculate rebate payable and ensure accurate rebate provision
- Compile and maintained rebate agreements summary for the area of responsibility
- Administer customer requests and inquiries
- Establish and maintain Internal Customer relationship

Qualifications/Requirements
- Matric
- Sales Administration background within FMCG environment
- Min of 2 years Sales Administration experience
- Accuracy & attention to detail
- Proficient with figures
- Strong work ethic
- MS Office literate
- SAP knowledge
- Good communication.
- Teamwork/Team Player Attitude.
- Adapt and understand.
