Full Job Description

Currently we are searching for a Call Center Agent for Durban, South Africa.

Responsibilities of this Post:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

  • Address and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using business tools and available customer data.
  • Identify and escalate serious complaints to supervisors and management.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Follow up customer calls where necessary.
