Currently we are searching for a Call Center Agent for Durban, South Africa.
Responsibilities of this Post:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using business tools and available customer data.
- Identify and escalate serious complaints to supervisors and management.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Follow up customer calls where necessary.

Requirements of this Post:
- Grade 12.
- Two to four years experience as Call center Agent.
