Core Responsibilities:
- Define and implement methods and techniques to apply in land development in alignment with the functional area objectives and operational strategy to ensure the effective and efficient implementation of land and construction related projects and programme

- Promote the best use of land and resources for residential, commercial, social and/or recreational development purposes, in accordance with strategic plans and relevant policy and legislation to ensure the use of appropriate best practice approaches to ensure achievement of the related Departmental targets and enhance the outcomes of the Department
- Identify, diagnose and recommend improvements and provide specialist support and advice to ensure related systems and procedures are continuously improved to enhance delivery and ensure achievement of targets
- Develop, drive and ensure the implementation of effective land development strategy, practices and implementation guidelines in alignment with overall strategy of the Department and related policies to enhance the land development programme and projects of the Department

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
