Core Responsibilities:
- Provide support and efficient provisioning of administrative services and function to the unit
- Coordinate administrative services and function to ensure timeous and accurate service delivery
- Maintain a filing system for the mSCOA unit according to the National Archives and Records Services Act. 1996 of South Africa (Act 43 of 1996 as amended) to ensure both accessibility and adherence to legislation
- Ensure that completed work adheres to governance and legislative requirements
- Adhere to all Batho Pele principles

- Assist and support Human Resources processes in a variety of administrative duties applicable to the department
- Assist and support Supply chain and procurement processes in a variety of administrative duties applicable to the department
- Ensure necessary compliance with necessary legislative provisions
- Establish, implement and manage operational governance and risk management processes in the context of organisational policy
- Provide effective customer service to internal clients and build relationship with stakeholders
- Build and sustain relationships with decision makers and interest groups, in support of operational objectives

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or relevant equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar environment
