Your work schedule
You’ll be informed of your work schedule 3 weeks in advance. The center is open Monday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to midnight, we answer to our clients across Canada.
Your training and career development
You’ll start with a 7-week online training program. The training program is centered around on-the-job learning on the phone and is supported by a remote trainer coach.

Required skills
• High school diploma
• Customer service experience
• Strong spoken and written French
