KEY PURPOSE
To administer and maintain the Electronic and Manual Document Management system for the risk management control, and assurance environment, which includes policies, procedures, work instructions and specifications/standards providing support to the risk management function and line management across the company.

Risk Management Systems Maintained:
- Communicate outstanding non-conformances/actions/gaps in the company.
- Control and communicate internal audit findings, close outs.
- Maintain all records and documentation in the correct format as per the requirements.
- Inductions – records.
- Contractor Management – compliance framework Sec 37’s etc.
- Tracking compliance to the SHE system: Safe disposals; MSDS’s; SHE Minutes.
Document/Risk Control System Administered
- SHER documentation updated and revised, ensuring conformance to codes of practice.
- Coach and mentor users – document systems, management and control.
- Optimise/Data extraction RUBIQ for trends and flash reports.
Data Management
- Manage SHER databases for Regional Risk.
- Collate data for the collection, storage and analysis of operational data.
- Assist in the preparation and reporting of national KPI databases as required.
- Dissemination of KPI’s for regional management.
- Maintain Standards and update as per changes.
- Complaint data capturing – Fleet.
- Data Capturing/Extraction/Collation of statistical results/trends.
- Collate Insurance, Dust and ASIB inspection

Skills, Experience & Education
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE
- Grade 12.
- PC Literate and proficient.
- SAP experience would be an advantage.
- ISO 9001 document control proficiency.
- Certificate in SHE/Risk Management functional roles (E.g. SHE Rep training).
- 5 years’ experience in a document control/legal admin environment.
