Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Obtaining supplier invoices from intercompany supplier portal.
• Matching supplier invoices to ensure part number, quantity, values are correct on what has been imported or received from local suppliers
• Reconcile invoices and commercial documentation against system receipts
• Ensure all reconciled supplier invoices are scanned to ensure timely supplier payments
• Liaise with Receiving team and sites to ensure documentation on all deliveries have been submitted to Supply Chain team within 1 day for recon to facilitate payment to the supplier
• Follow up with AP team to ensure scanned invoices have interfaced correctly
• Work cross functionally with the local Finance team on all AP queries
• Run Purchase order receipts report to track local deliveries to track documentation trail
• Provide freight forwarders with clearing instructions
• Request and validation of freight quotes from freight forwarder
• Assist on due date management for all purchase orders placed
