Duties and Responsibilities
- Answering incoming calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Escalating queries to relevant parties
- Advise of any downtime within the call centre
- Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions to them
- Respond to the needs of customers and provide personalised service

- Grade 12/Higher certificate
- 2-3 years administration or operations experience
- Microsoft Office advanced skills
- Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Basic knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Some experience in a call center or customer service environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
- Ability to Speak, Read and write one of the following languages Urdu, Hindi, Bengali, or Punjabi
