KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Switch board duties:
- Answering all incoming calls timeously and with precision.
- Forwarding calls to the relevant departments and parties.
- Professional telephone screening.
- Take accurate and adequate messages when required and informing the relevant parties in a timeous manner.
- Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner and provide refreshments accordingly.
- Have a professional, well presented appearance.
- Booking of meetings if need be.
- Booking of boardrooms.
- General administrative and typing duties
- Perform other reasonable related duties when required
