RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating and capture students transport account on Excel and Sage
- Loading of student’s transport payments on Absa Business integrator
- Ensuring all invoices are captured against debit orders
- Managing municipal account’s age analysis and payment terms
- Resolving discrepancies and queries timeously through interaction with suppliers,
- Maintaining a clean set Accounts Payable reconciliation with all relevant documents (i.e. no unresolved items)
- Compiling monthly reports for NSFAS and Sage against general ledger
- Recording and filling of all the documents
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (National Senior Certificate) with Accounting
- National Diploma / Degree in Financial Management with Accounting (or similar)
- 3-4 years’ experience in local trade Accounts Payable
- General knowledge of Accounting
- Must be computer literate in MS Excel

RECOMMENDATIONS
- Previous Computer Accounting Programme knowledge and experience
- Experience in the TVET sector
- Knowledge of Tertiary Software Packages (ITS or similar)
