The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to assist our Whyalla operations.
- This position is DIDO on a 7/7 roster, 10-hour days plus 0.5 travel allowance paid.
- Vehicle provided on rostered days
- Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration type role.
- Previous experience working as a Site Administrator would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities include:
- Maintain site daily site report
- Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system
- Monitor incoming and outgoing freight
- Maintain stationary and office consumables.
- Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries.
- To maintain stock and purchases
- Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required
- Other operational support as required

The successful applicant will ideally have:
- Pass Pre-employment medical

- A positive attitude towards safety, training & environment
